Our installation process
A Colorbond roof is only as good as its installation, so we follow a disciplined process whether it’s a new roof, a replacement or a conversion:
- Measure, profile and colour. We measure the roof, talk through profiles and bring the full Colorbond colour range to you so you can see it against your brickwork and render before deciding.
- Detailed quote. Materials, profile, colour, sarking, insulation, flashings and labour, all itemised in writing.
- Prepare the roof. For a replacement or conversion we strip the old roof and check and repair the structure; for a tile conversion we adjust the framing for the lighter sheet roofing.
- Install to manufacturer spec. Fresh sarking, correct fixings and laps, new flashings, ridge caps and clean valley detailing — all to the manufacturer’s specification.
- Clean up and hand over. A full magnetic sweep for stray screws, a final walk-through, and your warranties in writing.
